Members
One Planet Products is a member led not-for-profit social business. All Members inform our choice of products and give regular feedback on performance and operational issues on the products. Our exclusive Members meetings are also a perfect opportunity to learn and share with other members who are committed to reducing the environmental impact of the building industry.
Core Membership
Core membership is available to a small number of organisations who would like to guide the expansion and development of One Planet Products. Core Members meet quarterly to guide the product selection and prioritise areas of research. Core members will also have a number of additional benefits (see below) which will complement their own green procurement strategies.
Membership
Membership is open to anyone with an interest in specifying sustainable construction products. Our members include developers, housing associations, local authorities, contractors, architects, quantity surveyors, consultants, individuals, students and charities. Membership allows members to research One Planet Products on our website, receive monthly range review reports, and obtain discounts on some of the products.

Membership benefits
One Planet Products identifies potential suppliers of environmentally friendly products and then undertakes an assessment of the products in relation to the One Planet Living® principles. Should this assessment be satisfactory the products are listed on our website with detailed environmental information, including embodied carbon and water saved. We also assess our suppliers in relation to the One Planet Living principles, which is used to provide a supplier score.
Our product review enables members to select proven sustainable products quickly, without the need for carrying out expensive and time-consuming research themselves.

- Access to data on water and energy saved through purchasing and installing One Planet Products listed products and materials compared to using the mainstream alternative
- Entitlement to free and discounted places on Continual Professional Development (CPD) training events.
